Piotr Feliks Grzywacz is a serial entrepreneur, investor, consultant, and bestselling author originally from Poland. Based in Tokyo, he has spent over 20 years helping leaders and organisations succeed across borders and cultures. Fluent in Japanese, English, and Polish, Piotr acts as a bridge between industries and mindsets, facilitating lasting transformation.

He began his career at Morgan Stanley and later joined Google, where he specialised in leadership development, organisational transformation, and talent strategy. These experiences solidified his belief that true change happens not through strategy alone, but through people.

In 2015, he founded Pronoia Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on turning bold visions into everyday practice. He went on to co-found the HR tech startup Motify (successfully exited in 2020) and the entrepreneurship education venture TimeLeap. He currently serves as an outside board director at GA Technologies, supporting innovation in the real estate and technology sectors. In 2024, Piotr opened Ani Mru Mru, Japan’s first Polish fine dining restaurant, located in Nagatacho, Tokyo. The restaurant blends history, storytelling, and cuisine into an immersive cultural experience — a new kind of platform for dialogue and connection.
